Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Some items, such as personalized or perishable products, are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at returns@rifahome.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back according to the instructions provided.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
